How Do I Export My Content Brief to Google Docs or Notion?

Exporting Your Assets

Marketora believes in total content portability. You never have to worry about vendor lock-in or manual reformatting when handing briefs over to freelance writers or project management tools.

Method 1: One-Click Rich Clipboard Copy

On any generated brief or draft:

  1. Click the Copy Formatted button in the top action bar.
  2. Navigate to your Google Doc, Notion page, or Coda document.
  3. Paste directly (Ctrl + V or Cmd + V).
  4. Headings (H2, H3), bulleted lists, bold highlights, and tables will retain their exact structure without messy style artifacts.

Method 2: Export as Clean Markdown (.md)

If your team uses Obsidian, GitHub, or Markdown-based CMS repositories, choose Export > Markdown. The resulting file includes clean frontmatter containing your target keyword, target persona, and meta descriptions.

Method 3: Download as PDF

For client presentations or executive sign-offs, select Export > PDF to generate a cleanly styled, brand-ready overview document.
