Scale your marketing operations by inviting copywriters, designers, marketing managers, and stakeholders into your shared workspace with clear role-based access controls.

Role Hierarchy & Permissions

• Owner: Complete control over the workspace, including subscription management, billing, domain connections, and workspace deletion.
• Admin: Can invite and remove members, update Business Context Hub parameters, configure AI governance, and manage integrations.
• Editor: Can create, edit, schedule, and publish content across all active channels. Cannot alter billing or workspace configurations.
• Viewer: Read-only access to drafts, campaigns, and analytics. Perfect for clients, legal reviewers, or external advisors.

Inviting a Colleague

1. Navigate to Workspace Settings > Team.
2. Click Invite Member.
3. Enter their corporate email address and assign an initial role.
4. Send the invitation. The user receives an email with an activation link.
